Search Process

We assist you in your endeavor to build a unique competitive advantage

Ceranda Cross Border Talent is committed to attracting the best available talent for you in the shortest possible time – we never settle.

We offer a distinctive End2End solution with clearly set stages and deliverables, a creative recruiting game plan in alignment with your business goals, regular feedback on progress, an outstanding candidate experience as well as a transparent fee strategy.

In order to maximize the talent pool, we do not work in country or industry silos.

We proceed in six stages. You receive Progress Reports regularly, typically every 10 days.

1. We analyze your ecosystem, think through your business need, and flesh out the search context. This enables us to devise a sound role description and to tailor a search plan.

2. We conduct extensive targeted research and source for recommendations and referrals in order to prepare a longlist of potential candidates. We do not advertise vacancies.

3. We reach out to the identified candidates in a highly personalized way in order to ensure responsiveness. In a first round, we conduct screening interviews. These encounters are excellent opportunities to actively promote the vacancy and your value proposition as employer (EVP).

4. We then thoroughly assess select candidates during structured in-person interviews. The best of these are shortlisted. You receive a detailed Assessment Report of each shortlisted candidate. An Assessment Report presents a critical review of the candidate's past achievements as well as an analysis of her competencies and leadership potential.

5. We accompany you in your Selection Process

  • Debriefing the shortlist

  • Arranging interviews and assisting in the preparation for optimal interview experience

  • Providing timely and actionable feedback to you and each candidate

  • Advising on offer negotiation

  • Checking references for finalists

6. After the candidate has accepted the offer, we maintain regular contact with her until the starting date. We assist in the onboarding process. Typically after the first month, we touch base with you as well as with the new hire.

Ceranda Cross Border Talent offers a replacement guarantee, if the New Hire quits within a defined period (as long as neither the job description nor the working conditions have changed essentially).
