We are a retained search firm; however, our offers do not simply reflect job titles but the effort anticipated for the attraction of the best possible New Hire

Based on the discussion of the search context and profile requirements with you, we define your full investment for an assignment in advance.

Each proposal outlines the six stages of our search process and their corresponding deliverables. Each deliverable has an investment tag.

When signing the agreement, you start with an upfront installment (19%). The final payment (15%) is due with the end of the New Hire's trial period.
