Privacy Policy

We use google analytics to analyze user activity in order to improve your experience as website visitor. For example, using Google Analytics we understand patterns like the average number of pages viewed or browser used. This insight helps us improve the content and functionality of the website. We do not use the data for retargeting purposes.

As recruiting in general and executive & management search in particular is about people's lives, privacy and discretion have always been of utmost importance to us. They are central and indispensable in creating and maintaining relationships built on trust – with candidates as well as with clients (any stakeholder at an enterprise).

While the GDPR aims to protect the privacy of EU-residents, we apply our privacy rules and policies to all of our candidates and stakeholders regardless of nationality or country of residency.

Ceranda Cross-Border Talent scrutinizes its Business Model & Process as well as procedures of Third Party Service Providers to ensure that all data will be gathered, stored, and processed in compliance with GDPR.

Selected key aspects are:

Each candidate is involved in one assignment only. An exception can be made, if the initial assignment exceeds the duration of 6 months.

In principle, we share job briefs only with a candidate whom we have reached and who has expressed a basic interest in the position under discussion.

Job briefs usually do not disclose a client's identity, unless this is requested by the client.

At the outset of a candidacy, we inform a candidate about all the different stages of the process – from CV screening to client assessment and reference taking.

If a candidate requests the deletion of her data, we delete all information from our data base and/ or from desktop and/ or email account and destroy any hard copy version.

We only keep the name with an alert concerning the person's request for data deletion to prevent future approaches (in case of referral, identification work, etc.).

Information on clients, candidates, and potential clients are kept in data bases with different levels of access authorization.

Researchers, consultants, and freelancers will be educated on GDPR (confirmed by signed document) and will have access to Ceranda's privacy policies.

Contact details of client stakeholders are only shared with people who have explicitly been introduced to the respective client stakeholder.

We use cloud-based data storage solutions by third party service providers. We monitor how these software-companies ensure compliance with GDPR.

Please do not hesitate to contact us for any further inquiry about this topic.
